Travel Update
TRAVEL UPDATE
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic that has enormously impacted travel operations and plans with the likelihood of International Borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, Green Ranger Safaris has postponed all Safaris and Adventures that were to commence from March to July 2020 regionally and globally until 1st August 2020. Additionally, we shall continue to monitor the situation regularly and may advice otherwise when deemed fit.
If you booked a Safari / Adventure or Tour that has been postponed/suspended due to the Global Covid-19 Pandemic, you will receive 100% Credit of the amount paid excluding additional Flights or Insurances that are governed by their own Booking Terms and Conditions.
The above safari credit may be redeemed as follows:-
- Re-book the same Safari / Adventure / Tour for travel departing before 31st December 2021.
- You may hold on to your Travel Credit until you are ready to re-book on a future Safari / Adventure / Tour Departing before 31st December 2021.
If you were booked for a Safari / Adventure or Tour that has been postponed/suspended due to global Covid-19 pandemic and wish to Cancel your booking; our Refund Policy apply (Booking Terms and Conditions).
There are currently no changes to all Safaris / Adventures / Tours that were departing from 1st August 2020 with bookings ongoing and schedules will proceed as planned.
