Meeting Venue: City Market – near the I&M building.

Shortly before departure which is scheduled for 7:30 am, there will be introductions and a short briefing.

We will stay at the Panorama Lodge in Tanzania in cozy little rooms called igloos.

The following items are essential:

* Medication in case of a pre-existing medical condition (inform us in advance)
* Pocket money

Ngorongoro Crater Ngorongoro Crater has approximately 30,000 to 40,000 birds and animals.
Ngorongoro Crater sees approximately 450,000 tourists every year.
 The crater became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.
‘Ngorongoro Crater’ is also known as the ‘Garden of Eden’.
At the centre of the Crater lies a salt-water lake named ‘Makat’ or ‘Magadi’, and to the east is a spring named ‘Ngoitokitok’ Spring.

Tarangire National Park Tarangire National Park is about 1,100 square miles in size.
Tarangire National Park is Tanzania’s sixth largest park.
Tree-climbing lions are common in Tarangire National Park.
The best time to visit the park is between June and October.
A white giraffe was spotted in Tarangire National Park in 2015.

Safari Itinerary

7:30 am: Departure from Nairobi. Expected time of arrival in Arusha is 1:00 pm.
1:00 pm: Stop Over at the AIM Mall for lunch, which is own catering.
1:30 pm: Proceed with our journey to arrive at the Superb Panorama Camp Site at 4:00 pm.
4:00 pm: Check-in.
5:00 pm: Light exercises and bonding games.
7:00 pm: Yummy dinner.
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm: Salsa and other Latino Dances – all White theme.

7:00 am: Breakfast.
7:30 am: Departure for the Ngorongoro Crater Safari, we will use Tanzanian 4×4 Land Cruizers.

8:00 am: Arrival at the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. We will have a brief photo session to appreciate nature at the rim of the crater and then proceed down into the Crater for a magnificent game drive. It’s a World Heritage Site, the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. The crater, which formed when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago, is 610 m (2,000 ft) deep.

There is a high abundance of grazers and predators as well. Approximately 25,000 large animals, mostly ungulates, live in the crater. Large animals in the crater include the Rhinos, Buffalo the Hippos. Additionally, birdlife is very prolific and you will truly enjoy yourself. Indeed, it’s a Bird Watchers’ paradise.

1:00 pm: Delicious Packed Lunch.

2:00 pm: We proceed with our wonderful game drive in the famous Ngorongoro Crater. We will have a memorable afternoon game drive searching for the elusive Leopard and other cats. For the bird watchers, this is a superb opportunity to sample the rich birdlife. We will start our journey back to our lovely temporary home to relax and enjoy the evening.

3:00 pm: Visit the Arusha Gemstones Centre.
3:30 pm: Swimming at Serena Hotel Lake Manyara or another hotel around Mto wa Mbu.
5:30 pm: Arrival at the marvelous Panorama Lodge.
7:00 pm: Yummy dinner.
8:30 pm: Cultural experience and mesmerizing camp fire.

7:00 am: Luscious breakfast.
8:00 am: Visit to Tarangire National Park for a 4-hour splendid game drive.
2:00 pm: Hot late lunch at the Panorama Lodge.
3:00 pm: Swimming (optional) and relaxing.
7:00 pm: Delicious dinner.
8:30 pm: Zumba fitness.
8:30 pm: For those who would like to sample the nightlife in Mto wa Mbu, we will have a local guide show you around.

8:00 am – 10:00 am: Yummy breakfast.
10:30 am: Departure from Panorama Camp Site.
11:00 am: Visit to the Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre.
12:00 pm: Departure for Nairobi. Expected time of arrival in Nairobi is 7:00 pm, with sweet memories to cherish for a lifetime.
